Resolution: I switched my Samsung Galaxy Tab 6 and had both speakers up and running in less then 2 minutes. The iPad/iPhone version of Multiroom would find the speaker, then ask me to enter my Wifi password, and it not configure. It would then prompt me to connect to the speaker itself via Wifi to try to configure. Once the device is connected to Wi-Fi, the app can quickly search the local network to add any Samsung wireless speakers. The improved new Multiroom App also has a Universal Search function, which makes it possible to access songs on other devices connected to the local Wi-Fi network – including mobile devices, computers and streaming services. Things are getting worse and worse on mac, before 1.7 i could launch the application (mac os sierra 10.12.4), it was crashing randomly but 'working'. Since the last update, i can't even open it: 'Can not open Samsung multiroom'. Working better Much better but I am having issues with some app integrations. Like smart life and Meross. Update (8/1/20): Emailed and also called and spoke with someone at SmartThings to try to solve my issue with the device integrations.
